Atlas Return Policy

What is your return policy?

  • We will accept any new, returned item, purchased from stock, provided it is in sellable condition.

  • Returns must be in unused condition.

  • New Returns must be in original box with all original packaging enclosed.

  • There will be no restocking fee if the return is within 30 days from date of purchase.

  • Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer (unless defective).

  • Items are not returnable after 30 days from purchase date.

  • Software and electronic products are not returnable once opened.

  • Special/custom orders are not returnable.

  • Item(s) which drop ship directly from the manufacturer will incur a 35% restocking fee.

  • Consumables are not refundable unless returned unused in original packaging.

  • Wearable items are not refundable unless returned unworn in original packaging.

How do I prepare an item for return?
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number (RA) which can be obtained by Submitting a Ticket to Customer Service.
All items returned for credit must be clearly marked with (RA) number on the outside of the box and shipped back to the address as instructed. Please contact your Customer Service Representative and they would be happy to assist you with this process.
Please enclose a copy of your packing slip or itemized list of items presented for credit

  • All unauthorized returns will incur a 35% processing fee. Please follow return preparation instructions above to avoid this fee.

  • All Atlas returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee & need to be authorized by a ToolTopia representative and prepaid by the buyer.

How do I return an item under warranty?
Merchandise shortages or receipt of incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of receipt of shipment. Claims submitted after this time will not be honored. Report all merchandise shortages by Submitting a Ticket to Customer Service. Please include the following information:

  • All products sold by ToolTopia.com are covered by the manufacturer's warranty repair/replacement policies only.

  • Please see the Manufacturer Contacts page for information on contacting the manufacturer.

  • We will be happy to help our customers with their warranty repairs by directing them to the manufacturer's warranty/repair center or customer service center.

What if I received incorrect merchandise or an incorrect order?
Merchandise shortages or receipt of incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of receipt of shipment. Claims submitted after this time will not be honored. Report all merchandise shortages by Submitting a Ticket to Customer Service. Please include the following information:

  • State if the item was or was NOT on the packing slip.

  • Provide the tracking numbers if multiple shipments were received.

  • State if there was any damage to the shipping container.

What is the Atlas Equipment return policy?
All Atlas Equipment returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee & need to be authorized by a ToolTopia representative and prepaid by the buyer. Please contact a customer service representative to initiate a return.

Quicklift Return Policy

Returns will be accepted for 30 days after the date of delivery. Item/s must be unused and in the original factory packaging to qualify for return. If an item is defective, has a clear manufacturer issue, or we sent you the incorrect item, Quick Lift USA will cover the return shipping/freight. For any other reason, the customer will be responsible for return shipping/freight costs. Please be sure to look over all LTL/truck shipments before accepting any deliveries or signing documentation. Please contact us in advance if you plan to return a product as we would like to ensure to safe delivery of the goods back to our warehouse!
All refunds/cancellations will be subject to a 6.5% fee that will be deducted from the refund. We incur this payment processing fee for each transaction, and it is non-refundable.

  • Refunds for returned items will have the initial shipping costs deducted unless it was due to an error by Quick Lift USA.

  • We reserve the right to pro-rate the refund if an items packaging has been damaged in such a way that the product is now unsellable as brand new, or if parts or hardware are missing or damaged. (Includes any signs of the product having been installed, damaged packaging/crating or other damage.

  • Return refunds are submitted 5-8 business days after we receive the package back and have completed an inspection of the crating and product being returned.

Installed Items Once an item has been installed or removed from the manufacturer packaging and/or crating, it cannot be returned for any reason. some of our products do offer Warranties on defects - Please contact us if this applies.
